Digital Product Notice
All products sold on Hidling Digital are digital goods delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally considered final once delivery has been completed.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
Eligible for Refund
- Product was not delivered.
- Duplicate payment was made.
- The delivered product is defective and cannot be replaced.
- Hidling Digital is unable to provide the purchased product.
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued when:
- The customer purchased the wrong product.
- The customer failed to read the product description.
- The customer no longer wants the product.
- The customer lacks the technical knowledge required to use the product.
- Activation instructions were not followed correctly.
- The product was successfully delivered and activated.
Product Issues
Customers must report activation or access issues within 15 days of purchase.
To request support, customers should provide:
- Order number
- Email used for purchase
- Screenshot of the issue
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Hidling Digital before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and restriction from future purchases.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, graphics, logos, and digital assets available on Hidling.com remain the property of their respective owners and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
